"I post the protocol, not the theory. If I'm running it, you see it."Alex Kikel · founder, TPC ARMY
Who's teaching
Alex has spent years inside professional sports organisations — and the same protocols he writes for pro athletes he has written for millionaires, a couple of billionaires, and everyday people: fatigue, hormones, body composition, chronic dysfunction nobody could explain, or simply wanting to age slower than everyone around them.
TPC ARMY is where he posts what he doesn't post anywhere else: the actual protocols, the molecules before they're mainstream, what he's running himself right now, and the business side of building a practice around it. He updates his own stack as it changes, answers members live every two weeks, and keeps the room strictly positive — no drama, no gatekeeping.
Who this is for
The protocols were pressure-tested on people whose careers depend on them. Most members aren't athletes at all.
